Overview
How our services fit together
Organizations rarely present a problem that maps neatly onto a single service line. A request for a dashboard usually turns out to require an indicator framework. A request for AI implementation usually requires process documentation first. A strategic plan without a governance decision behind it does not get executed.
Strategic Advancement Consulting is organized into four practices that address these connected problems, and engagements are scoped to the actual requirement rather than to a service category. Where an engagement spans practices, we assemble a team that covers all of them.
